A fitness program focussed on a fun, flexible and high-energy workout which is delivered to music.

Cardio Tennis is the energised way to learn and play tennis for people of all ages and abilities. It provides an easy entry point for people wanting to learn tennis skills and improve their fitness.

The Cardio Tennis program is inclusive, engaging all students no matter what their standard. It’s suitable for all ages, and helps participants to explore and develop movement patterns, balance, agility, coordination and a stay fit.
