Highlands Tennis is expanding and seeking an energetic, professional, and growth-minded coach to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

- Full-size tennis courts
- Hot Shots & modified tennis courts
- Pickleball courts
- Emerging padel opportunities

Salary Package
- $70,000 – $85,000 + superannuation (qualified & experienced coaches)
- $60,000 – $70,000 + superannuation (developing coaches working toward certification)
Salary package will depend on:
- Experience
- Certifications
- Coaching level
- Leadership capacity
- Ability to contribute to business growth

This role extends beyond on-court coaching and suits someone interested in becoming a future operator, manager, or business leader within the racquet sports industry.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Player Development
- Deliver group and private lessons across all ages and levels
- Run Hot Shots, junior, adult, squad, and performance programs
- Support competitions, social play, and events
- Create engaging and enjoyable player experiences
Operations & Administration
- Manage scheduling and bookings
- Handle customer enquiries and communication
- Support program administration and organisation
- Maintain equipment and coaching standards
Marketing & Growth
- Assist with sales and program growth
- Support social media, email, and SMS campaigns
- Build relationships with schools, clubs, and community groups
- Contribute ideas to improve participation and retention
Leadership & Team Culture
- Work collaboratively with coaches and staff
- Demonstrate professionalism on and off court
- Positively represent the Highlands Tennis brand
- Support a healthy and energetic team environment

✅ Qualifications & Experience
Ideal candidates may have:
- Tennis Australia coaching certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Padel coaching experience or interest in learning
- Minimum 3–5 years coaching experience preferred
- Experience working with juniors and adults
- Relevant sports, business, or education qualifications (desirable)
